Order and Shipping Policies

Donations and product orders

  • All orders must be paid up front.
  • Receipts for donations are sent separately from the goods.
  • Payment can be made by, MasterCard, Visa.

Product availability

If an item is discontinued or temporarily out of stock, our Customer Service Officers will contact you.

Postage & handling

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are intended for shipment within Australia.

Packing

SEDA will ensure that goods are prepared with a reasonable amount of packaging material so as to provide for a safe delivery.

Timing

SEDA endeavours to deliver the goods in the minimum time possible which spans from 2 to 14 working days, within receipt of order. If the goods are not received within this time, the Customer should contact SEDA on (03) 9381 6400 to notify the delay and ensure that the purchase has been processed.

Delivery delays

When a delivery is not possible within the regular estimated time, due to unavailability of items or other impairment, SEDA will attempt to inform the customer, as soon as possible.

Damaged goods and replacement

Defective goods can be returned in "as new" condition, with the receipt within 30 days to: SEDA 17 Barrett Street Kensington Vic 3031.

Refund

In the event of an item not being replaceable SEDA will refund the full amount paid.
